Introduction To Alexandria

Education + Communication is the Catalyst to All Change. Awareness is a consequence to Learning.

Observe + Mimic + Role Model +> Learning

This cycle is repeated multiple times and there is not set “timeline.” The stage is complete when Milestones (not “Time” or “Duration” has been reached).

  • Practice Stage
  • Apprentice Stage
  • Journeyman Stage
  • Master Stage
  • Philosopher Stage

Practice Stage

This is the Stage prior to an “Official” Apprenticeship. We see this in young children as they “sample” a number os trades and skills until they find themselves. The Practice Stage occurs during “Walkabout.” The Walkabout is the process of coming to “Find the Self.”

The Healing Garden is “Walkabout” and The Practice Stage. Ethics 1, 2, and 3 is when we see the “Practice Stage” and “Walkabout.”

Apprentice Stage

Apprenticeship begins at the end of Walkabout, when the Self has been Defined and you Know your Knowing, Belonging, and your Authority. Ethical Stages 4, 5, and 6 are when we see the Apprentice Stage.

Journeyman Stage (Tradesman)

The Journeyman or “Tradesman” Stage is when the Apprentice has mastered the Basics. They can practice without a Role Model, but they still require training and the refinement of their craft.

Ethical Stages 7, 8, and 9.

Master Stage

The Master Stage is when the Journeyman graduates to Master. The can take on apprentices of their own. They have Mastered more than their skills and they unlock the “Unidentified Intuitive Assumption” about their craft. This is the point where their Craft has integrated into their Self on such a level, that their Instinct, Intuition, and Mindset Natural “See” it without Conscious Awareness.

Ethical Stages 10, 11, and 12.

Philosopher Stage

The Philosopher Stage is the point of Integration. It is when the Master can See how All Crafts, including their own, are part of all others. This is the point where Crafts begin to “bleed” over and it becomes harder to tell where each Craft ends and the others begin.

After a while, The Philosopher realizes that The Mastered Craft was just a component to the “Greater Whole” and the Master moves on to Master “The Greater Whole.”
